Please note that we are NOT Amazon, we are a small team. The items that are featured on our site are made from artists and healers from around the world, that may live in rural and remote places that do not have the same postal capability as we do here in the USA. Therefore, your product may take some time to arrive to you. This is the time to practice compassion and patience which are a part of Spirituality. We will send you a tracking number, and updates as they come in. However, you are welcome to send us an email if you need to speak to someone about your package at info@empressofom.com.

Processing, Shipping, & Delivery Policy

Processing is when we process your order not when you pay. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow 15 business days from date of purchase for order processing (before shipping).

Once orders have been processed then all orders are shipped by postal services, DHL eCommerce, USPS, First Class, or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 15 to 25 business days however, due to COVID-19, shipping can take up to 37 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Again, packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Since lost and stolen shipments are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the carrier once it leaves our facility, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to start an investigation on your package. We do not have any control on how long this process may take and we are unable to replace, or refund lost or stolen packages.

If you paid for a faster shipping the fulfillment and shipping time is still 2-15 business days (this does not include Saturday and Sunday).

Note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days nor postal days, and no orders will be processed on these days. Order processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are unable to be expedited at this time.

-USPS is the shipping company we use when it comes straight from our US warehouse.

-We are not responsible for your custom fees.

-We cannot change addresses unless you ask us to change it within 48 hours of you placing your initial order. So please double check to make sure you input the correct address and email. If your address cannot be verified, then your order will be canceled.  

-All orders placed with a Pre-Order item will be shipped together on the Pre-Order shipping date.
